Jen, our dedicated support specialist, brings extensive administrative and organisational skills to the team. She assists Rachel in various tasks that help drive the business forward and ensures Rachel’s busy schedule runs smoothly.

A former Legal Executive, Jen founded Business Owl, a virtual assistant service tailored for the legal sector, supporting ambitious small law firms. A long-standing ally of Roche Legal since 2019, she has been instrumental in our growth over the years.

Jen’s contributions have earned her recognition, winning the North East England VA of the Year in 2021 and finishing as runner-up for the national Outstanding VA award in 2022.
