Rachel Roche, founder of multi-award-winning Roche Legal, has joined World Cup winner Sir Geoff Hurst to explain how leadership has helped their very different careers.

Rachel Roche, whose legal firm has offices in York and Harrogate, and Sir Geoff Hurst, the England 1966 World Cup final hat-trick hero, took part in the latest podcast produced by The Leaders Council of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, answering questions about leadership and the role it has played in their careers to date.
